Aude Bertaux is a professional chef who earned her stripes working in the great restaurants, and who now runs cooking classes for everyone and workshops especially for children between 3-5 years old and for teenagers. All classes are available throughout the year. In her charming kitchen-flat, close to the Libération great market in Nice, Aude presides over fun and friendly classes, where individual attention is not forgotten. Saturday afternoons alternate between classes for very young children (3-6 years old) and teenagers (12-16 years old), with Wednesday afternoons set aside for 6-12 year olds who create their own menus using fresh seasonal produce. Working through savoury and sweet dishes, the children are introduced to a balanced diet and learn to take care over the presentation of their plates. They are encouraged to swap ideas and work in groups. All classes finish off with friendly group tastings!
