ETERNITY FOOD AT ST TROPEZ

New “regenerating” culinary concept, launched by Christophe Leroy and Didier Audebert
www.eternityfood.com

Well-known chef, Christophe Leroy, and owner of the Moulins de Ramatuelle and Table du Marché in St Tropez, and party organiser for the peninsula’s White Evenings, has now developed a new culinary concept called Eternity Food. Created in collaboration with his friend and advisor, Didier Audebert, Christophe offers dishes made with exclusively natural products and foods that contain powerful anti-oxidants, known for their anti-aging and cell-regenerating properties. Lovers of Eternity Food can look forward to adding a few extra minutes of enjoyment to their life-span while eating meals in one of Christophe Leroy’s establishments. Originally presented for preview at the Cannes International Film Festival, this new approach to eating well has been available since this summer at the Moulins de Ramatuelle restaurant in St Tropez, as part of a €49 Eternity Food set menu (3 starters, 3 main dishes, 3 desserts of your choice). Other restaurants under the Christophe Leroy brand will similarly soon be offering this well-being concept (Le Domaine de Lonvilliers in St Martin, La Table du Marché in Marrakech, Hotel des Dromonts in Avoriaz, and so on.)
