Keep young hands

To keep the skin of your hands looking young, it is good to avoid chemical products. But as we can not have dirty hands which would be carrying germs and be socially disabling, the best thing is to choose the products that protect the skin of the hands rather than damaging it.
First, we should wash our hands with a moisturizing soap.
At night it is best to apply a intense moisturizer and wear cotton gloves (yes, it's sexy).
We should also have a peeling once a week with a face scrub to remove dead skin.
Hands should be perfectly manicured and cuticles hydrated. When doing household or when using chemicals, we should always wear gloves.
When we sunbath, it is better to put sunblock.
Finally, we need a healthy diet and take all the vitamins needed for the body.
