Fight against cyberbullying

Cyberbullying is harassment by technological means. The victims are stalked online with insults or threats via email or instant messages on websites and social networks. Personal data or embarrassing pictures can be uploaded and the victim may well be jeopardized.
The first thing is to never respond to an email or message of this way : it encourages the bully to continue.
Change all the settings of your mail online in a way to allow only your identified friends. Keep your profiles private on all your social networks.
You can also contact the moderators of the sites on which you are insulted or harassed.
If you believe that your account or profile has been hacked, change your passwords immediately. Also change your emails, logins, alias and IDs to make it more difficult to find you.
Update all your computer for security and protect yourself from spyware.
Print all the threats and insults that you receive and save the abusive messages sent to your phone. And if you fear for your safety, go complain to the police with all your backups.
