Avoid motion sickness

To avoid motion sickness, the easiest way to avoid transport which make us sick but of course in this case we would not do anything anymore. To reduce the symptoms, here are some tips.
There are patches or drugs against motion sickness but they are not suitable for everyone and make us amorphous for a long time.
The first thing is to avoid heavy meals, spicy foods before the trip.
Then you have to think drinking lots of water before departure: dehydration increases the chances of motion sickness.
Once in motion, you must do everything possible to synchronize your eyes, ears and body. For this, you must sit in front and keep your eyes on the horizon. You should certainly not read and you must try to receive fresh air, even air conditioning, in the face. By plane, it is better to sit close to a window and over the front wing. On a boat, it is best if possible to book a cabin in the middle of the ship and on the upper deck.
You can also eat dry biscuits and drink a ginger ale or cola. Ginger and peppermint limit the effects of motion sickness.
When you start to feel ill on a boat, you should go on the front and just gaze at the horizon until you feel better.
By car, the best thing is to stop a few minutes.
By plane, well by plane, it is not a lucky day for your neighbor.
