	welcoming and assistance were excellent	6.8/10
	it is not suitable when waitress at the breakfast room is writing sms, reading paper and eating (while bread and other things are getting short). Though when asked for sth, got help immediately.

	Excellent accueil et les services offerts, verre de bienvenue, petits déjeuners et lunch box, très appréciés. Nous avons également apprécié le tarif réduit du parking de la gare de 18 H à 9 H.	9.2/10
	Un seul drap de bain pour deux c'est insuffisant.
A part le problème des serviettes nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, le personnel très accueillant.

	1. The location is near the train station. 2. Breakfast is included and is good enough for us. 3. Everyday we get a lunch box with sandwiches, fresh apple slices, chips, and a bottle of water. That's sweet!	7.4/10
	One of the bedside lamps was broken. When getting back to the hotel in the evening, the staff said the mechanic would replace it the next day. I asked if I could get the lamp and changed it by myself, but a lady said that would be against your rule. So I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights without the bedside lamp to read. (I stayed there for 3 nights, but I hurried to visit Nice and forgot to tell the staff on the second morning.)
Most of your staff are friendly and nice. You should be proud of their hard work. Every morning I saw there were many guests eating breakfast in the restaurant, and I was impressed all the tables kept cleaned all the time. Well trained!
