| Une petite suggestion plutôt :
Mettre des patins sous les chaises dans les chambres
Elles sont lourdes , les personnes les font glisser et cela fait énormément de bruit pour les gens de l'étage en dessous surtout tôt le matin |

the formality and expense of the eating area. much preferred it in the old days! especially at lunch time. the plageiestes making you feel guilty if you were on the beach late - i appreciate they have a long day and cannot go home until the last person has left the beach, but they must expect us to be there till the sun goes down?? |

1. The room was kept super clean. Michelle is doing an outstanding job and very flexible & helpful.
2. The restaurant food is fantastic. |

1. On the day of arrival, informed by reception at 4pm that we could not have dinner as they were fully booked. This is ridiculous & unnacceptable. We should have been offered a table inside, instead of looking for a restaurant after a long day travelling.
2. The bar in the afternoon, especially around the weekend days, was really too busy, with waiting for 20 - 30 mins for service. Clearly under staffed.
3. Each evening we had a pre-dinner drink but we were never offered the appetizer snacks. |

| we both feel strongly that the lunch menu is far too expensive and too "formal" and not enough "beach restaurant." i would have liked to have had a choice of large salads as a main course, maybe a club sandwich, things like oeufs mayonnaise etc - more "snack"-type food, and less vieux jeu. as a consequence of our one bad lunch experience, we did not bother to eat there again. |

l'endroit dans sa globalité, la plage toujours propre,

les reproches d'une femme de ménage pour ne pas avoir accroché (faire ma chambre a ma porte ) ce qui l'obligeait à revenir aà 15h c'etait le premier jour de notre arrivée.
la froideur et le manque de sourire des 2 jeunes filles a l'accueil l'impression de déranger n'est pas agréable |
