	The friendliness & helpfulness of staff. The sun terrace. Internet availability	8.6/10
	Breakfast was a little disjointed - shortage of crockery, glasses , cutlery etc.
A very special hotel which we hope to return to in the future. We have stayed at the RIva several times before.

	1.The refurbished rooms. 2. The best weather we have had in the 13 years we've been visiting the hotel!!	8.6/10
	1.Children making a noise in the solarium. No parental control. No consideration that others might want peace. 2. Only two TV channels in English
