Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the propertyŽs details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. These are not available at the property, the guests are advised to bring their own.

- Please note that the gas/oil fee of 40 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Electricity fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
