	The proprietor allowed a late arrival (22:30). Very welcoming, very friendly, and clean. They even let us borrow some beach towels for our visit. Also appreciated the WiFi.	10/10
	construction within the building (fire doors) during our stay, but we understand that the work needs to be done. Everyone including the construction workers were friendly and welcoming!
