Presentation of the port:
Widened in the eighteenth century at the foot of the ancient citadel, Port Lympia of Nice is, along with that of Cannes, one of the oldest of the Coast. A traditional port in an exceptional setting in the heart of the city, it now hosts many yachts and pleasure boats among the traditional fishing boats and merchant vessels. Nice is the leading cement manufacturer port in France. The port also provides daily connections with Corsica.
Access:
The marina very well protected, except from a southeast wind. Warning, the movement of arrivals and departures are regulated and must be announced by VHF radio to the harbor master. Priority is given to maneuver ferries and commercial vessels.
