Pumpkin Fritters (Plat)

200g of flour approximately
1 thick slice of pumpkin
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon Crushed
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
salt - pepper

Pumpkin fritters

Place the flour in a large bowl, add yeast, salt and pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix. Pour water and egg, mix until having nice soft dough.
Let rest the dough for an hour at least.
Grate the pumpkin and mix the dough.
Boil the oil in a fryer or a frying pan. Softly plunge balls of pasta on oil, leave until it becomes golden. Drain the fritters and serve.
