4 People

- 600 g small squid
- 600 g of crushed tomatoes
- 1 pepper
- 2 onions
- 1 small chili
- 1 clove garlic
- Olive oil
- 1 bouquet garni and herbs de Provence
- Salt and pepper

Squid in provencal sauce

Cut onions into small pieces.
Peel tomatoes and chop them if you have not already crushed tomatoes.
Chop garlic and chili peppers and cut into cubes.
Put a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add tomatoes, garlic, chilli and pepper. And then add the herbs de Provence and the bouquet garni. Add salt and pepper to your convenience.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Then wash the squid and add in the stove and cook for another 30 minutes over low heat.
You can serve this dish with white rice.
