Eggplant Steaks (Plat)

- 600 g minced beef
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- 2 eggplants
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 5 chives
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper

Eggplant steaks

- Wash the eggplants, slit in several places and bake at 160° C for about 1 hour. Turn them from time to time. Once cooked chop the flesh with the skin.
- Peel the onion and mix with the chopped eggplant and add chopped chives.
- Salt and pepper to your liking.
- Add the diced mozzarella and meat and mix with the breadcrumbs.
- Make 12 small steaks.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the steaks a few minutes on each side.

Tips :
Perfectly accompanied with a salad of young shoots and tomatoes.
