Ingredients
- 6 eggplants
- 2 large onions
- 12 slices of Parma ham
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Wash the eggplants.
Cut the eggplant into slices. In a frying pan heat the olive oil and sauté the eggplant slices gradually.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Cut the mozzarella into slices. Peel and chop the onions. Fry in a little olive oil until slightly golden.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6). Arrange a layer of eggplant in the bottom of a rectangular baking dish. Salt and pepper to his liking.
Put some onions and cover with slices of Parma ham.
Climb to the top of the gratin dish in the same way. Cover with mozzarella. Salt and pepper to his liking.
Bake for about twenty minutes.
Serve warm, cold or hot as an accompaniment to meat or fish.

Bonsoir,Ce n'est pas une recette,que fait-on des aubergines (grillées,bouillies)à quel moment utilise-t-on les oignons etc....
