100 g grated Emmental
Salt / pepper
50 cl white sauce
1 egg

Gratin with chards and carrots

1. Peel carrots and cut into slices. Cook fifteen minutes in steam or boiling water.
2. Cut rating chard into slices. Cook by steaming or boiling in water for 10 minutes.
3. Once cooked, place the vegetables in the bottom of a baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Prepare the bechamel sauce, bring to a rather thick consistency. Let it cool off the heat and add egg, salt and pepper, mix well.
5. Pour over the vegetables. On top, sprinkle with grated Emmental.
6. Bake 20 minutes at 200 ° C.

Tips :
You can add ingredients such as bacon or goat cheese in gratin before baking.
This dish may be eaten with green salad or grilled meat.
