Ingredients
- 4 avocados
- 2 tomatoes
- 200g cod fillet
- juice of one lemon
- 2 onions
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- buns with poppy seeds or cereal

Guacamole and cod

- peel and pit avocados
- cook and crumble the cod
- chop onions
- put the avocados, fish, chopped onions, half the lemon juice, salt, pepper and 4 tablespoons of olive oil in your blender and grind until obtaining a regular and uniform mix.
- peel and seed the tomatoes and mix in a blender with the remaining lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Salt and pepper.
- put the mixture into ramekins
- add guacamole and put in the refrigerator
- serve chilled with buns slightly warmed in the oven
