Marinated peppers (Entrée)

- 4 beautiful fresh peppers from the market
- few anchovies
- olive oil
- garlic
- salt, pepper

Marinated peppers

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees or gas mark 6 on grill
- Bake your whole peppers and toast them for 30 minutes, turning them regularly
- Remove from the oven and peel them still hot, empty them of their seeds and cut into strips
- Put them in a dish and cover with olive oil
- Add garlic, salt, pepper according to your taste and put a few anchovies on top
- Marinate between 1 and 4 hours (the more you let them, the better it is)
