Ingredients
- 1 jar of pitted black olives (olives clafoutis 5)
- 1 glass of milk
- 40 g of butter
- 20 cl of fresh cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 6 teaspoons of thyme
- 12 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper

Mini-clafoutis provençaux

- Preheat oven to gas mark 7 (210 ° C).
- In a bowl, break the eggs and mix well.
- Add the cream, milk, thyme and the cornstarch. Salt and pepper to his liking. Mix gently.
- Butter 6 individual tart pans.
- Place 5 olives at the bottom of each mold and pour over the preparation.
- Bake for about ten minutes. Once out, place a sprig of thyme for decoration.
- Serve hot or cold with a salad.
