In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, 50g butter softened, 2 eggs and lemon zest.
Mix until a smooth paste.
Divide the dough into 5 portions. Roll each part into a sausage shape on a floured surface.
Cut in section, giving an oval shape and stretch the dough by pinching the ends.
