- 400g fresh pasta
- Olive oil
- 150g clotted cream
- 150g diced smoked salmon
- Capers
- 80g feta
- Salt, pepper

Mediterranean pasta

- Cook the pasta in a pan of salted water.
- Once cooked, add a little olive oil.
- In a frying pan, place over low heat the cream, salmon, capers and feta cheese for a few minutes.
- Salt and pepper to your liking.
- Prepare the pasta in a dish and add sauce.
- It's ready.
