Provençal Red mullet (Plat)

4 large red mullet
4 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 onions
3 tablespoons white wine
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

Provençal red mullet

Peel and cut the onions.
Remove skin and seeds of the tomatoes and cut into 8 pieces.
Put oil in a pan and cook over high heat onions, tomatoes and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes.
Place mullet on vegetables, arranging them side by side with salt and pepper.
Add white wine, and cook covered over low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
We suggest you to serve this dish with some rice.
