Pumpkin Gratin (Plat)

- nutmeg.
- 10g butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 25 cl cream
- 1kg pumpkin
- 2 egg yolks
- salt and pepper

Pumpkin gratin

Take the pumpkin, wash it, slice it into 4.
Then remove the seeds and the stem.
Bring to a boil 2 liters of water with bouillon cubes, then dip the pumpkin quarters for 15 '.
Drain and remove skin.
In a blender, mix the pumpkin with the cubes,cream, egg yolks, butter, nutmeg.
Add salt and pepper.
Bake the mixture for 30 minutes
