- 12 sardines
- 1 cucumber
- 150 g butter
- 6 slices country bread
- capers
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper

Sardine crostini with butter

Mix with a fork 12 sardines (preferably boneless) with butter, lemon, salt and pepper.

Cut the cucumber into slices and arrange them on toast.

Add the mixture and a few capers for garnish.
