1 kg of tomatoes
1 puff pastry
40 g of grated cheese
1 pinch of herbs de provence
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ball of mozzarella
1 onion

Tarte tatin with tomato

Put a greaseproof paper in a pie dish.
Cut tomatoes into slices and arrange in the dish, overlapping.
Add herbs and olive oil.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 200 ° C (Th7).
When the tomatoes are cooked and drained, take them out of the oven.
Cook the chopped onion in a little olive oil.
Put them on the tomatoes and add mozzarella and grated cheese.
Unroll the puff pastry and put it on the ingredients, making the dough down on the sides, and make some cuts on top.
Bake fifteen minutes at 200 ° C (the dough should be golden).
Remove the cake and unmold by inverting the tart in a serving dish.
