- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 eggs
- 40 cl evaporated milk
- Basil
- Olive oil
- 3-4 olives
- Salt and pepper

Tomatoes and zucchini pie

Preheat oven to gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
Peel and cut onion.
Remove ends of zucchini and cut into small cubes.
Deseed tomatoes and dice. Saute onions and garlic about 5 minutes in a pan with olive oil.
Beat eggs in a bowl with the condensed milk and chopped basil.
Season with salt and pepper. Divide the dough into the bottom of a pan and add the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.
Pour egg mixture.
Bake forty minutes.
Serve warm or tepid. Before serving remove the olives on top.
