TIAN COURGETTES COURGES (Plat)

Ingredients
For 8 persons

1.600kgs of zucchinis ('courgettes beurre ») or red gourd

0.200kgs of white onions

0.050kgs of garlic

1 pack of parsley

0.02kgs of basil

2 eggs

0.080kgs of round rice from Camargue or Piedmont

0.080kgs of dry mountain cheese (cow milk) or grated sbrinz

2 large spoonfuls of olive oil

0.03 of grated dry bread

salt, pepper

0.100kgs of lean bacon

Tian courgettes courges

Cook the rice in a pan (with milk or water) for 7 to 8 minutes.

Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchinis or the gourd into cubes (you can store them in olive oil). Thinly chop the onion, the garlic, the parsley, the basil, and the lean bacon (optional).

Grate the cheese. Fry the onions until they get light brown. Mix all these ingredients in a pot. Pour oil 4 to 5 cm thick in a plate, add the mixture and the grated bread.

Cook in the oven at 150° for 30 to 40 minutes. Brown it.
