- 1 or 2 mozzarella di bufala (according to size)
- basil
- balsamic vinegar

- preheat your oven thermostat 6
- cut the tomatoes into thin slices
- cut the mozzarella into thin slices
- roll out the dough and prick the bottom
- cover the bottom with slices of mozzarella
- add a little balsamic vinegar on cheese
- add pepper
- add the tomato slices, overlapping half to cover the entire surface
- salt slightly
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- bake the pie for about 35 minutes
