Description
In partnership with the - Université de la Mer - in Cros de Cagnes, this fishing school organises lessons every Wednesday, from April to June, out of school holidays, from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Children from 8 to 16 years may participate. The program is adapted for different age groups and concentrates on sea and coastal fishing.

Lessons are given by teachers approved by the French Federation for Sea Fishers and the French Youth and Sport Minister.

The school aims to teach beginners how to fish alone and to respect sea life and others that may be fishing around him/her. It also aims at helping youngsters to discover the local marine wildlife.

Parents are alos welcome.

Description
The fishing school of this non profit making club that helps to teach and protect the water environment, is headed by a team of motivated people, some of whom speak various languages including French and English, and organises fishing and environmental lessons (practical and theoretical) to children ages 7 to 13.

Lessons run at weekends out of school holidays:
- Theory indoors (Maison des Associations, 4, avenue de Verdun à Cagnes sur Mer), every other Saturday from 2.30pm to 5pm.
- Practical lessons in rivers or lakes, where you can put into practice what you have learnt the previous week, every other Sunday, for either a half or whole day.

Parents are also welcome to join in.

Price: 40€/yr + 24€ for the fishing card.
