Description
Open : all year, every day, 10am-6.30pm. Free entrance. Created in 1949, the sweet factory is located in a fantastic setting between the Gorges du Loup and the mountains shadowing the town of Grasse. During the guided tours that can be given in 5 languages, learn ihow the regions best fruit and flowers are transformed into the most delicious sweets and jams. Free tasting session. Visit the pretty gardens and stroll along the river side.

A new museum has opened called - le petit Musée de la fleur sucrée - that follows in the footsteps of the history of sweet making using flowers. It has organised cooking lessons for children and adults that teach amongst other things how to cook using flowers.

Open on week days from 2pm to 6pm, it is free to entry and a bilingual hostess is on hand to guide you. Children's visits are made fun thanks to a specially designed pamphlet that helps them to learn through play.
