Situated in the heart of the Provençal village of the Porquerolles island in the Var, 400m from the beach La Plage de la Courtade, and from the ferry landing stage, the hotel residences Les Medes, is deal for a family stay of one night, a weekend or a week.

The Porquerolles island is a total of 1254 hectares, 7.5 km long and 3 km wide with a perimeter of 30 km. It is a pedestrian island that has many beautiful woodland paths and cycle paths to offer, most leading to beautiful sandy beaches. If you need a push chair, one adapted for bumpy ground is best.

You can take one of the frequent ferries over to the island, with or without your bikes that can also be hired on site fully equipped with bike seats and child cabins.

There is a pool in the shape of a lagoon with a gently sloping shoreline allowing easy access, sunken seating and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. There is a pool house with veranda, a spa, sauna and hammam. There is a laundry room free of charge and the land is secured with a double gate and private car park. Located in the country side the surrounding are calm but within an easy drive to the airport and beaches (15 minutes), Monaco and Cannes (30 minutes). The reception is open on week days from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 6pm.
