CHATEAU GRIMALDI

Built on Greek and Roman ruins, it served as the Bishop's Castle during the Middle Ages, then as a fortress, the seigneural residence of the Grimaldis and the residence of royal governors. After the Revolution, it was used as a barracks and hospital. Today, it is well-known as the Picasso Museum.
