Located at the foot of the famous Rock, near the Louis II stadium stands the animal garden founded in 1954. This is one of the last royal menageries in the world. Approximately 250 animals of 50 different species, including many species of primates, cats and large mammals. The environment of life of the animals is enriched by certain installations allowing conditions of completely exemplary animal comfort. The garden is arranged on several levels crossed by a path which leads to a vivarium. It promises a pleasant walk in the middle of very varied fauna and flora.
