Museum of local history

Built in 1952, the local history museum is housed in the former White Penitents Chapel, St. Bernardin, who served as mayor for many years. It brings together a range of objects and relics depicting the history of the city, also illustrations of customs, trades. We noticed a relic of the fifteenth century, and many other exhibitors telling the craft and agricultural past of the city now known for its beauty and tranquility. The Roman tombstones show that Mougins was a Roman staging post on the Via Aurelia and the full diversity of the museum.
