Hrs : all year, closed the mornings in July and August. Mondays 2.30pm-6.30pm ; Tuesdays 9am-12am & 2.30pm-9pm ; Wednesdays 9am-6.30pm ; Thursdays & Fridays 9am-12pm & 2.30pm-6h30pm ; Saturdays 9am-12pm
Enrolment : one must be aged 12 or over, live in Monaco or the surrounding towns and give a deposit of 46€. Free entrance to consult the books on the premises
