Visits and Tours
The last resting place of the Princes.
Built in white stones from La Turbie in 1875,this monument in a Romanesque-Byzantine style houses the remains of the deceased princes.
Admire the interior, particularly an altar piece by the Nice painter Louis Bréa from 1500, the high altar and the Episcopal throne in white marble from Carrare.
Pontifical services are held there during the major liturgical festival, to the sound of the large four keyboard organ, built in 1976, and which allows remarkable religious concerts.
From September to June, every Sunday at 10 am, Mass is held with choirs "Les Petits Chanteurs de Monaco" and "La Maîtrise de la Cathédrale".
