Absente

Absente, Absinthe Refined, is a modern version of the original Absinthe recipe. This liqueur consists of alcohol, sugar, essence and infusion of mugwort, green anise spirit, essence of star anise, spirits of lemon balm and mint, and essence of wormwood. Serve it on crushed ice cubes, adding fresh water or Ricqles. Those who dream of past times, may practice the rituel of Absinthe, placing a sugar cube on a absinthe spoon, placed on the side of the glass then pouring slowly water which dissolves the sugar and dyes the Absente a cloudy green.
