There is an additional cost of EUR 25 for guests using the sofa bed.

The guest needs to contact the property directly to arrange the EUR 300 deposit payment.

This deposit will be used as a confirmation of your booking and as a damages deposit.

If the deposit is not paid within the set time frame (stated by the property) your reservation may be cancelled.

Please note that linen and bathroom towels are provided but you should bring your own beach towels. The provided bathroom towels are not to be removed from the apartment.
