- The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 1500 euros will be required upon arrival for damages.
- The price for internet is an additional cost per week

- The heating of the swimming pool must be requested at least 7 days before the arrival date. Entrance to the estate is via a gate with an access code and locked.
