Annette is French and married to an English man and has spent many years living in England. Since her retirement she plays an active part in many of the areas charities including the SDA (Société Défense des Animaux), Femmes PACA, Secours Populaire.

She is usually most willing to come to your home (especially if you live in the east part of the county) to pick up the items and to give them to those most in need.

Situated 5 minutes away from the Sophia Antipolis business park and the Carrefour supermarket of Antibes, this large club offers a multitude of wellness services: body building, cardio-training, personal training, swimming pool, , Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, massage, UVA, it organised more than 650 fitness lessons, has a hairdressers and a restaurant.

It is open 7 days a week and the crèche is open every day except Sundays, from 8.45am to midday and 2pm to 8pm (closed at 7pm on Saturdays).

It has many squash courts, fitness lessons, body building and cardio machines, a restaurant and an open air pool open during the summer.

The club is open week days from 7.30am to midnight and 9am to 8pm at weekends and on bank holidays.
