Owner Fabrice Zuppo first went on a voyage to meet cocoa growers before returning to his home town to open his own beautiful chocolaterie. The walls of this salon, decorated with gourmand script, create a space within which the chocolatier can showcase his creations: thyme, honey and lavender flavoured sweets, tablets and innovative figurines. Originally trained as a patissier, Fabrice also offers a choice of chocolaty cakes and gateaux. Xacoalt means chocolate in Mayan – this is just one of the many facts that you can learn from this connoisseur who greedily welcomes us to the world of the cocoa pod and bean.
