MARINELAND WATER PARK
With 4500 residents of 36 species and 9 pools installed in the heart of 25 hectares, the Marineland Water Park is the largest in Europe. Killer whales live in a pool of 40 million liters of water and 11 m deep with a 64m long glass which allows underwater vision.
The space of 2200 m2 which has been hosting the two polar bears Flock and Rasputin since 2010, is itself unique in Europe. It consists of ponds with sea water and fresh water, prairie plants (barren environment), rocks, lakes and waterfalls, creating shady shelter looking like "natural dens."
As to the shark tunnel, it crosses from side to side in a 30 m long giant aquarium of nearly 2 million gallons of water that offers a surprising face to face with sharks.

The shows with dolphins, orcas and sea lions can be seen throughout the day and many other species are visible in the various aquariums and ponds: seals, penguins, rays, jellyfish, fish ...

NEW in 2011: the encounter with sharks in total immersion in a cage with bars

Facilities on site: 8 restaurants, shop, drink stands, and sweets.

Admission and Entertainment: Adult : €36, children from 3 to 12 years old : €28
