Jérôme De Oliveira, patisserie world champion in 2009 at only 23 years of age after training for 5 years under Christophe Michalak, invites you to discover his new boutique, “Intuitions by J”.

As its name suggests, this boutique is not only a simple patisserie, it is a unique place where the Chef invites us to sample his creations, a blend of inspirations and fancies. Each mignardise reflects meticulously Jérôme De Oliveira’s talent: delicate base, blend of colours, tastes and materials. He adds his own twists to the grand traditional preparations such as the Paris-Brest, the macaroons or the lemon tart, and excites your taste buds with his large jars full of caramels, pralines, candied fruits and marshmallows.

His boutique is located at the heart of the Five Hotel & Spa in Cannes. It is neither a patisserie, nor a tea-room: it is an “indulgence salon”, a very contemporary and quiet area designed like an Alice in Wonderland fantasy where the Chef’s artworks are staged to delight the eyes.

Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
