- 4 eggs
- 160 g of green olives
- 200 g of prosciutto
- 150 g of grated cheese
- 250 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 20 cl olive oil
- 10 cl white wine
- 10 cl vermouth

Cake with ham and olives

Preheat oven gas mark 7 (210 ° C).

Put the flour, baking powder, eggs, olive oil, white wine and vermouth in a bowl and beat with electric mixer.

Rinse the olives and pit them.
Cut the ham into cubes.
Add the olives, ham and grated cheese to mixture.

Check the seasoning.

Butter a loaf pan and pour the mixture and bake for about 1 h 10.

Check for doneness at the end of the allotted time.

Turn out the cake and let cool.

Hint: You can serve with a tomato sauce.
