• 150g tapenade
• 2 cucumbers
• 16 cherry tomatoes
• 8 leaves of lettuce
• Basil
• Salt

Cucumber stuffed with tapenade

Peel cucumbers by keeping a strip of skin on both. Cut into sections. Hollow out using a melon baller to cutting edge. Put salt inside. Return them in a dish or plate and let drain 15 minutes.

Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves. The finely chop.

Fill the well with cucumber salad and garnish each with a dollop of tapenade. Present them on a plate garnished with the rest of chopped lettuce. Garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes. Serve chilled.Annuler les modifications
