- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 250 grams of mozzarella
- 1 kg of asparagus
- Two avocados
- Raspberry Vinegar
- Olive oil
- Basil
- Salt and pepper

Salad with asparagus, tomatoes and mozzarella

After peeled and washed the asparagus, plunge them 15 minutes in salted water.
Cut tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
Prepare a French salad dressing with olive oil (4 tablespoons), raspberry vinegar (2 tablespoons) and chopped basil. Salt and pepper at your convenience.
Remove skin and cut into strips the avocados.
Arrange slices of avocados, tomatoes and mozzarella in the bottom of each plate, then place the asparagus.
Then sprinkle your French salad dressing.
