- Arugula Salad
- 2 large tomatoes
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- Mozzarella balls
- Parmesan shavings
- Bread sticks with olives

Italian salad

Cook the eggs a dozen minutes to get hard boiled eggs and let cool.
Wash tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Wash the lettuce and place in bottom of each plate.
Add a few balls of mozzarella and tomato pieces.
Cut each slice of prosciutto and place on top.
Also add parmesan cheese and chunks of bread sticks with olives.

Make a dressing with olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add a little bit of it on each plate.
