- 320 g of tagliatelle
- 4 medium courgettes
- 1 / 2 onion
- a few cherry tomatoes
- a few juniper berries
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic
- salt, pepper, mint
- olive oil

Tagliatelle with flavored courgettes

- Wash the courgettes and cut them into cubes before wiping.

- Fry them with 4 tablespoons olive oil in a frying pan over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

- Add the chopped onion and garlic, salt, pepper and a bit of mint and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

- Add a few juniper berries, stirring occasionally.

- When the courgettes are cooked, remove from heat and set them to cool.

- Once cooled, put them in a suitable container, mix them to get a green cream.

- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the tagliatelle for 5 minutes.

- Pour the cream into the frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of cream and stir.

- Drain the pasta and pour them in the pan with the sauce and mix.

- Add a little bit of mint.

- Pour into the plates.

- You can decorate the dishes with the cherry tomatoes cut according to your inspiration.
